Our specifically educated hotel staff is happy to provide you with exclusive all-round service additionally to the medical care at the Rudolfinerhaus. You will find cable TV, direct-dial telephones and a wireless internet connection in each of our more than 100 stylishly furnished rooms.

During the in-patient stay it is permitted to leave the hospital area only after informing the treating physician and obtaining written permission from the treating physician, in any case only for a short period of time.
 

In our rooms, which are designed for absolute patient comfort, every patient has his/her own cable TV as well as a direct-dial telephone and wireless internet connection. The Rudolfinerhaus standard also includes a personal dressing gown, an electrically adjustable bed, and a complimentary daily newspaper at bedside.

A special feature of the house, unique in all of Austria, is our trained hotel services personnel, who are responsible for guest comfort and services. Since 2001 the hotel service team has been supporting the pioneering role of the Rudolfinerhaus regarding first-class personal hospital services.

Our hotel service staff members have an important task: They are the patient’s contact for all special wishes and services outside the area of medical and nursing care.


Their responsibilities range from the appropriate serving of all meals, preparing the rooms to the individual needs of our guests, to making a hairdresser’s or barber’s appointment, or providing a laptop computer so that each and every guests experiences the best personalized service of a luxury hotel and feels just like home.

Our hotel services staff makes every effort to ensure the general well-being of our guests and to effectively and constantly put into practice the high level of service and quality that our patients expect.

The staff of our excellent kitchen spoils our guests, if they wish, with á la carte meals. Our chef makes sure that all the ingredients used are organically produced. Special wishes, such as vegetarian, Arabic or kosher dishes, are gladly accommodated. When needed, our dietitian, in cooperation with the patient and the physicians, plans meals according to the individual needs of each guest.

Visiting hours are not limited at the Rudolfinerhaus, but still we kindly ask you to respect the resting time at night (10:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.), which is highly important for the patients’ speedy recovery. 

As soon as you – in accordance with the physician you have chosen for your treatment at the Rudolfinerhaus – can leave the hospital, we kindly ask you to inform the nurses’ office of your care unit.

You will receive a confirmation of admission to the Rudolfinerhaus from your nurse.
