The following equipment and techniques allow the physicians at the Rudolfinerhaus to examine their patients with state-of-the-art medical diagnostic methods:

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Two devices make it possible to offer the entire range of MRI examinations, for instance including MRI mammography, MRI angiography and measurement of cerebrospinal fluid flow.

Open MR
The Panorama 1.0T is the first MRI scanner which is completely open. It has a range of 160 cm and an actual 360°-view for precise imaging and total comfort for the patients.

Computed tomography (CT):
Subsecond spiral CT, with methods for biopsy, puncture and neuroblockade, calcium score of the coronary vessels, and dental CT.

Ultrasound diagnostics including colour Doppler of the blood vessels and targeted options for puncture.

Ultrasound diagnostics including colour duplex of the blood vessels and targeted options for puncture. Our state-of-the-art CT and MR equipment is available on an out-patient basis also to patients with compulsory health insurance.
